The Mixa model is a hook with wide Gape eyelets and a large opening. It was designed for fishing with surface baits (floater fishing). The short rod, the large opening, and the offset tip brought inside and extremely sharp recommended Korda Mixa as an ideal hook for situations where fish feed shyly and any touch of the bait must be taken advantage of. The teflon-coated surface gives it increased resistance to corrosion, and the unique finish gives it excellent camouflage in the water.
